We collect the minimal data necessary to function and provide our tracking services. We only log energy consumption metadata, model types, token usage, and calculated CO2 footprint. We never transmit or store the contents of your prompts, or AI model responses. Your API Keys remain solely in your local browser storage and are never sent to our servers.

The collected data is used exclusively to quantify the environmental impact of your AI workflows. We analyze your usage metrics to provide you with an accurate Dashboard, displaying eco-friendly insights, optimization tips, your total power draw in mWh, and your estimated water footprint if applicable.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or usage data. Aggregated, fully anonymized statistics (such as overall tracking trends of carbon footprints across AI queries) may be used to improve our tracking algorithms and produce public insight reports, but these aggregated figures cannot be traced back to individual users.

Features like our social Eco-Card (e.g., for sharing stats on LinkedIn) utilize native, local, on-device image generation. No tracking data is sent to external servers as part of the rendering process to generate your visual summaries.

We employ a privacy-by-design architecture, meaning you have complete control over your data. You can clear your local storage at any time, which natively and securely purges your API Keys and local query history. If you have an account or synced data, you may request full deletion of tracking history upon request.
